The House — The small print, written large

The Terms

Written once, kept always.

The reservation

A piece is reserved by letter — a message to the house on WhatsApp. The reservation stands when the house has answered and confirmed it, and not a moment before. Nothing here is bought in a hurry.

The price

Every price is written in dirhams, includes VAT, and is the same for everyone who asks. The house does not hold sales, and it does not bargain — a price that can be argued down was never honest to begin with.

The delivery

Delivery is arranged when the reservation is confirmed. Ordered before two o’clock, a piece is usually on its way the same evening; however far the road, the house will tell you honestly how long it takes, before you commit to anything.

The exchange

A piece that does not sit right returns within seven days of delivery — unworn, unaltered, in the condition it left the house — and is exchanged without ceremony. The house would rather alter than argue.

The appointment

The house receives one guest at a time, by appointment only. Fittings, commissions and second opinions are arranged the same way everything else is: by letter.
